《噩夢工場 蘋果的代工廠勞工正經歷可怕噩夢》
在舊金山劇場的聚光燈下，蘋果的市場營銷主管席勒正在舞台上展示亮光閃閃的iPhone 5：「當你用iPhone 5拍照時，這個世界就會變為一個更美麗的地方。」而舞台之下，遠比這更不尋常的事情正在發生，一場瘋狂的招工行動正在尼泊爾展開。
蘋果最大供應商之一是偉創力正是席勒所大肆誇耀的攝影鏡頭生產地。偉創力馬來西亞生產線通常通過非正式的、缺乏監管、且涉及上千位勞工代理中介的跨洲運作網絡來招募勞工。這些勞工代理中介分散在各處，通常會雇傭下一級代理中介深入田間地頭和貧困城市去招募勞工，足跡遍佈印尼、柬埔寨、緬甸、越南、甚至尼泊爾的喜馬拉雅山區。
Dhong的家鄉是位於加德滿都谷邊緣的一處村莊，一場暴雨沖毀了他的農舍後，Dhong成為了全球電子設備企業在亞洲各地招募的那一類勞工中的一員。向層層中介繳納中介費之後，還沒開始工作，Dhong就已經背上了1000美元的債務。最終，他達成航班來到吉隆坡，開始了生產攝影鏡頭的工作。
數月後，生產線不明原因被關閉。Dhong和其他那些尼泊爾工人失去了工作。他們得不到一點消息，簽證到期，Dhong和他的工友都淪為非法勞工。每個人似乎都沒有食物、也沒有錢。「我們很害怕，」27歲的卡夫（Hikmat Prasad Kafle）說，「我們當時想，如果我們要死在這裡，我們將死在一起。」
Dhong是最後一批被送回吉隆坡的。回到尼泊爾，許多工人仍欠著他們為支付獵頭和中介費而借來的錢。有些人即便設法擺脫了債務，生活也朝不保夕。而大家都還依稀記得蘋果CEO庫克說過的話。他說，蘋果公司從未如此強大過，這是「因為我們全球員工的努力和創造力。」他們的工作，「具有真正的意義，因為革命性的產品會給人們的生活帶來真正的變化。」

2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;

3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.
4 The pangs of death surrounded me,
And the floods of ungodliness made me afraid.
5 The sorrows of Sheol surrounded me;
The snares of death confronted me.
6 In my distress I called upon the Lord,
And cried out to my God;
He heard my voice from His temple,
And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.
7 Then the earth shook and trembled;
The foundations of the hills also quaked and were shaken,

１交與樂官，上主的僕人達味作，達味在上主救他脫離一切仇敵，尤其撒烏耳的毒手時，向上主唱了這篇詩歌，
２說：上主，我的力量！我愛慕你。
３上主，你是我的磐石、我的保障，我的避難所；你是我的天主，我所一心依靠的磐石；你是我的護盾，我救恩的角，我的堡壘。
４我一呼求應受頌揚的上主，我便會從仇敵的手中得救。
５死亡的狂濤環圍著我，凶惡的險波驚嚇著我，
６陰府的繩韁纏繞著我，喪命的羅網拘絆著我。
７我在急難難當中呼求了上主，向我的天主求助；他由殿中聽我禱告，我的聲音進入祂的耳鼓。
８因為上主憤怒填胸，大地立即戰慄震驚，山基陵根搖撼移動。
９由祂的鼻孔湧出濃煙，由祂的口中噴出烈炎，由祂身上射出火炭。
１０祂使諸天低垂，親自降臨，在祂的腳下面密佈濃雲。

１８救我脫離了我的敵手，擺脫了強於我的仇讎。
１９他們在我困厄之日襲擊我，然而上主卻作了我的城堡；
２０祂引領我步入廣闊的平原，祂因喜愛我，而給了我救援。
２１上主照我的正義酬答了我，按我雙手的清白賞報了我；
２２因我遵行了上主的道路，沒有作惡背棄我的天主。
２３祂的一切法令常在我的眼前，祂的任何誡命我總沒有棄損；
２４我在祂前常保持成全，我自知防範各種罪愆。
２５因此，上主我在祂眼前的正道，並照我雙手的清白給了我賞報。
２６仁慈的人，你待他仁慈；正直的人，你待他正直；
２７純潔的人，你待他純潔；乖戾的人，你待他乖戾。
２８卑微的人，你必要救起；傲慢的人，你必要輕視。
２９上主，是你使我的燈籠放光，我主，是你把我的黑暗照亮。
３０仗著你的助祐，我衝上了戰場；靠著我的天主，我跳過了城牆。
３１天主的道路是完善的；上主的言語是精鍊的；凡是投奔祂的人，祂必作他的後盾。
３２除了上主以外，還有誰是天主﹖我們天主以外，還有誰是磐石﹖
３３是天主使我腰纏英武，使我的道路平坦無阻；
３４使我的雙腳敏捷與鹿蹄相同，使我能穩立於高山的危峰；
３５是祂教導我的手上陣進攻，使我伸出臂膊開張了銅弓。
３６你把救生的盾賜給了我，你的右手不斷扶持了我，使我日漸強大因你愛我。
３７你為我的腳步拓展了道路，我的雙腳總沒有顛簸躊躇。
３８我追擊我的仇敵，且把他們捕捉，決不返回，直到將他們除盡滅絕。
３９我將他們打得一敗塗地，叫他們在我的腳下倒斃。
４０你使我腰纏英武奮勇作戰，叫敵對我的人都向我就範；
４１使我的敵人在我前轉背逃竄，使我把一切仇恨我的人驅散。
４２他們吶喊，卻沒有人救援，呼號上主，也得不到矜憐。
４３我粉碎他們像風吹的灰塵，我踐踏他們似道上的土糞。
４４你救我脫離了叛亂的人民，又封立了我為列國的元勳，我不認識的民族，也都來給我服務。
４５外邦的子民向我諂媚奉承，一聽到是我，即刻向我服膺。
４６外方的子民驚惶失色，戰戰兢兢走出了堡壘。
４７上主萬歲！願我的磐石備受讚頌！救我的天主備受尊崇！
４８天主，是你為我伸冤復仇，求你使萬民都向我屈服；
４９是你拯救我脫離了我的仇敵，從凌駕我者的拳下把我提起，救我免於向我施暴人的手裏。
５０上主，為此，我要在異民中稱謝你，我要對你的聖名讚頌不已：
５１因為是你使你的君王大獲勝利，對你的受傅者：達味和他的後裔，廣施了仁愛慈惠，至於無窮之世。
2009
年，老兵孫厚成一邊捏麵引子來蒸饅頭，一邊回憶著1949年國共戰爭爆發，參與軍隊的厚成離開了家鄉、母親和妻子祖寧。來到台灣後發現返鄉遙遙無期，只好
另組家庭定居於台。直到台灣的妻子過世後，厚成帶著女兒到大陸，見到了當年離鄉而尚未出世的兒子家望，但是妻子祖寧已過世，兒子家望直至今日無法諒解為何
父親遲遲沒有返鄉，厚成因此抱憾回台。
十年後，厚成中風，家望得知消息趕緊帶著女兒來台見父親最後一面，經歷了一甲子的分離，大家終於拋開誤會，好好地團聚一起，厚成最後也在夢中回到了那個讓他一再思念的故土…
